Welcome to PorchCouture.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By using our site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
Porch Couture specializes in exterior porch decoration services for fall and related holidays such as Halloween and Thanksgiving. Our packages include design, delivery, setup, and optional takedown.
2. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your installation date. We accept major credit cards and digital payments via our secure checkout. Prices listed include design, setup, and décor materials as outlined in your selected package. Optional takedown service is available for an additional fee.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 7 days or more before your scheduled installation will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of installation may receive a 25% refund, as materials may have already been prepared. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled service.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the design on the day of installation, we will remove the setup and issue a full refund—no questions asked.
5. Damage & Liability
Porch Couture uses safe, temporary décor. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by wind, rain, animals, or other environmental conditions after installation. Customers must notify us in advance of any fragile surfaces or fixtures.
6. Ownership of Materials
All décor items provided by Porch Couture are on loan for the duration of the display period, unless otherwise specified.
Customers may not keep, resell, or alter the décor unless they purchase it separately.
7. Photo & Media Release
By booking our services, you grant Porch Couture permission to photograph your decorated porch for use in marketing, social media, and promotional content.
If you prefer to opt out, please notify us in writing at the time of booking.

9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
